1. The data of the data display box does not change: move the X - and Y-axis coordinates, and the data of the data processor display box does not change. First, check whether the raster ruler is in good contact (generally, the two raster rulers of the X - and Y-axis will not be damaged at the same time). If the raster problem is eliminated, the data processor is faulty and needs to be returned to the factory for repair or replacement.

2. The transmission lamp does not light up: use a multimeter to measure whether the transmission lamp power supply is normal. If the power supply is normal, the transmission halogen lamp will burn out. If the power supply is faulty, please check the power board.

3. Black screen: check whether the mains power input fuse is in good condition, otherwise the switch power supply board is damaged and needs to be sent to the factory for repair or replacement.

5. The projection outline is unclear: first check whether the installation position of the halogen tungsten lamp is correct (incorrect installation, insufficient brightness), or measure whether the objective lens of the projector has been used for a long time (more than five years), resulting in the accumulation of oil stains or aging inside the optical lens, which requires cleaning with dust-free alcohol or direct replacement of a new objective lens.

6. The contour image of the workpiece is ghosted: check whether the transmission lamp part is installed correctly. If the transmission lamp holder part is not installed correctly, the contour image will be ghosted. Just adjust it.

7. Smooth rod idling: check whether the screw of the spring is loose. If it is not, it may be caused by the damage of the bearing in the transmission unit. At this time, it is necessary to replace a new bearing

8. Key box failure: check the system to see if it is a software problem. If it is, you can always clean the system. Then you can open the key facial mask of the box to see if the facial mask has been damaged. If it is damaged, replace it with a new facial mask.

9. Large measurement accuracy error: We can focus the Z axis in the same direction for debugging under the condition of ensuring that there is no problem with our focus method. If there is no effect after commissioning, we can only wait for the arrival of repair personnel.
