Usage of measuring projector
Before using the instrument, carefully read the manual to have a preliminary understanding of the instrument, which can help you use the instrument correctly.
1. Lighting bulb replacement and adjustment
This work only needs to be carried out when the bulb is replaced or the instrument is regularly checked. Sometimes the original adjustment state of the bulb will change due to transportation and other reasons. At this time, it also needs to be readjusted. This adjustment becomes a restorative adjustment, which does not have the trouble of replacing the bulb.
1.1 restorative adjustment
Remove the objective lens and turn on the transmission lamp. If the filament image is not in the center of the screen or the filament image is very fuzzy, open the lower right side door, loosen the screw 1 in Figure 3 to move the whole lamp group up and down. When the filament image on the screen is basically clear, tighten the screw 1 and install the objective lens.
1.2 method of bulb replacement
Open the side door, loosen the screw 1 and take out the whole lamp group. Loosen the screws on the porcelain lamp holder 6 to replace the bulb and tighten the screws to restore the original position. Observe the image formed by the bulb and its concave reflector 9 above the lamp group. If it does not coincide, loosen the screw 5, stretch it left and right to make the filament image coincide in the left and right directions, and tighten the screw 5. Loosen the screws 2 and 7 to move or tilt the lamp holder 3 so that the filament image overlaps at the front and rear positions, and tighten the screws. Install the instrument. The following adjustments are the same as 6.1.1.
1.3 adjustment of reflected lighting
The method for replacing the bulb is exactly the same as that in 6.1.2.
Turn on the reflective lighting source, loosen and tighten the hand wheel 6 to move the reflecting condenser up and down. When it is at the same height as the semi transparent and semi reflective mirror, tighten the hand wheel. Place the workpiece on the workbench and in the reflective lighting spot, and adjust the focus. At this time, the workpiece surface image appears on the screen. Rotate the reflecting condenser tube to make the light spot shining on the workpiece the brightest, and the workpiece image will be more obvious.
2. Objective lens replacement
2.1 the instrument has only one screw joint shared by the objective lens, and each objective lens shall be used separately
2.2 The objective lens magnification shall be selected according to the size of the inspected workpiece and the required detection accuracy. Generally speaking, the higher the magnification, the higher the measurement aiming accuracy.
2.3 when measuring with transmission lighting, do not put the semi transparent mirror on the objective lens (10x, 20x) or keep the semi transparent mirror in the vertical direction (50x, 100x) in the lens barrel, otherwise the measurement accuracy and screen illumination will be affected.
3. Use of workbench
3.1 after the main power supply is turned on, the X and Y coordinate values will be displayed on the display screen
3.2 during measurement, after the workpiece is properly focused, it is generally necessary to move back and forth several times to make the workbench enter the measurement state from the static state. The hand wheel shall be used to rotate during measurement, and the action shall be gentle without excessive force
3.3 after the measurement, the workbench shall be restored to the symmetrical position in the X and Y directions.
4. Use of projection screen
4.1 after the main power supply is turned on, the rotation angle value will be displayed on the display screen
4.2 after loosening the screws, the projection screen can be quickly rotated with a small handle, or the fine-tuning handwheel can be used for slow rotation
4.3 the elastic presser foot can be used to compress the standard enlarged drawing for contour comparison and measurement.
4.4 when the white short line on the projection screen frame is aligned with the zero position mark, the horizontal line on the screen is parallel to the X coordinate stroke. Rotate the stage on the workbench, and adjust the edge image of the part to be measured to be tangent to it, then the X coordinate measurement can be made.
4.5 the meter sub line on the projection screen has 30 °, 60 ° and 90 °, which can be used as the comparative measurement of these angles.
