I Instrument purpose
CNC non-contact image measuring instrument is a high-precision and high-efficiency photoelectric measuring instrument composed of high-resolution CCD color camera, continuous zoom lens, color display, precision grating ruler, motion control system, 2D data measurement software and high-precision workbench. It is mainly used for two-dimensional measurement and can also be used for three-dimensional auxiliary measurement. It is widely used in various precision industries, such as electronic components, precision molds, precision tools, spring, screw processing, plastic, rubber, oil seal check valve, camera parts, bicycle parts, automobile parts, conductive rubber, PCB processing and other precision processing industries. It is the measurement room of machinery, electronics, instruments, clocks, light industry, plastics and other industries, colleges, research institutes and measurement and verification departments Laboratory and production workshop is one of the indispensable measuring and testing equipment.
III Instrument structure and working principle
Photo cine image measurement is one of the more advanced precision and efficient measurement methods at present. Its system structure is shown in Figure 1. After the measured workpiece (placed on the workbench) is illuminated by LED surface light (4) or bottom light (in the granite base), the image is captured by the zoom lens (5) and the color CCD camera (in the outer cover 9) and sent to the video card (installed on the PC). The PC reads the video card data for analysis and processing. The workpiece is placed on the workbench and the vector control servo motor (controlled by the motion control card) drives the ball screw. The ball screw then converts the rotary motion of the screw into the linear motion of the workbench (3). The workbench (3) drives the grating rulers (11 and 13) to move upward in the X and Y directions. The qms3d software sends commands to the motion control card and the light source control board to complete the reading, motor control, light source control, etc. Instrument principle

X, y and Z axis motor control is realized by motion control card. It supports the operation of the control box, and the user can conveniently control the movement of the machine through the control box.
4. digital measurement system, including:
X-axis (11), Y-axis (13) and z-axis (7) grating ruler: converts geometric displacement into digital signal, and z-axis is generally used for auxiliary measurement. Qms3d professional software: the professional software independently developed by the company is used to send commands to the leisai motion control card, process the grating ruler displacement signal and process the video signal of the video card, and realize the functions of graphic measurement and data processing.
