Universal tool microscope to measure parts length, angle, thread and other geometric parameters, is to use a test instrument most length measuring, all types of enterprises, so it is widely used in mechanical processing industry. The JX7 is the most commonly used universal tool microscope as an example, introduces the digital technology transformation of universal tool microscope.
A, digital display system retrofit
According to the application of grating, magnetic grid users for many years in the equipment and the experience of ball grid digital display system, comparing the characteristics of different systems and the performance and accuracy of detection, choose the KG1 type of high precision grating digital display system. The system has high precision, good stability, good reliability and simple installation, convenient debugging, environmental requirements is not high, suitable for the transformation of universal tool maker's microscope.
According to the measurement range of JX7 type universal tool-microscope as ordinate, the abscissa 200mm 100mm, select the WTA 200mm measurement range and measurement range of 100mm two grating; selection of WE6800-2 type two-axis digital display meter ( minimum resolution of 0.2μ m ), it has a sensor interface, with the WTA type original measurement sensor matching.
Two, digital display system installation
