Operating environment of automatic image measuring instrument
Operating environment of automatic image measuring instrument
An analysis of the influence of the operating environment of the automatic image measuring instrument on the measurement
Automatic image measuring instrument, also known as precision image surveying and mapping instrument, overcomes the shortcomings of traditional projectors. It is a new high-precision and high-tech measuring instrument integrating optical, mechanical, electrical and computer image technology. The object to be measured is optically magnified and imaged with high magnification by the optical microscope. After the magnified object image is sent to the computer by the CCD camera system, it can detect the contour, surface shape, size, angle and position of various complex workpieces, especially the micro detection and quality control of precision parts. The measurement data can be directly input into AutoCAD to form a complete engineering drawing. The drawing can generate DXF documents, and can also be input into word and Excel for statistical analysis. A simple xbar-S control chart can be drawn and various parameters such as Ca can be calculated.
Operating environment requirements for automatic image measuring instrument:
1. Temperature
In good condition, it can reach the accuracy standard of measurement. The ambient temperature shall be maintained at 20 ℃ ± 2 ℃, including a temperature gradient of 2 ℃ /8hrs. The accuracy standard may not be met under adverse ambient temperatures. Please do not adjust the accuracy of the machine at an ambient temperature other than 20 ℃. Such adjustment cannot ensure its accuracy.
2. Humidity
Humidity has no direct adverse effect on the measurement accuracy. However, high humidity will rust important mechanical surfaces and hinder smooth axial movement. The ambient humidity should be maintained between 55% and 65%.
3. Vibration
The workbench on which the instrument is placed must be firm without shaking; Please place the instrument as far away from various sources as possible (such as machine tools, large machinery and the vicinity where large vehicles often pass by); To prevent vibration, it is strongly recommended that the instrument be placed on the first floor. If the instrument is subjected to excessive external vibration, its measurement accuracy will change. Do not place it in an environment with excessive vibration.
4. Dust
The precision measuring elements of the instrument, such as grating ruler, must be dust-free. Although the dust cover can protect the instrument from dust, it is still necessary to clean and maintain the instrument regularly.
5. Grounding
Due to the need of instrument data transmission, it is strongly required that the power supply and electric control box must be grounded.
If the temperature difference of the environment is too large, the temperature difference between the product and the instrument will produce inconsistent deformation caused by temperature, which will affect the measurement accuracy. However, humidity will induce rust on the metal parts of the instrument. It will also cause mildew of optical components. This affects clarity.
